To install a large vinyl decal, follow these steps:
 
Clean the surface where the decal will be applied with a mild soap and water solution, and allow it to dry completely.
 
Carefully remove the decal from its backing and place it on the surface, making sure that it is positioned evenly.
 
Use a scraper or credit card to smooth out any air bubbles or wrinkles, working from the center of the decal outward.
 
Allow the decal to sit for several hours to allow the adhesive to set, then carefully peel off the transfer paper.
