Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

• For physical products, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order.

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us before the 14-day period expires with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order or fill out the form below.
   

Before requesting a return, we encourage you to contact us first. Many issues can be resolved through replacement parts, exchanges, or other support without the need for a return.
 

Return Shipping

Per EU law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising their right of withdrawal.

Once we receive your notice of withdrawal, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days, where required by applicable law. For physical goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof that it has been shipped back to us, whichever occurs first.
 

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted by applicable law, including:

• Custom or personalized products.

• Digital products, downloads, and downloadable content (DLC) once delivery has begun with your prior consent. This includes WAIFU PRISON DLC, which is non-refundable once access or download has started.

• Services that have been fully performed with your consent.

• Sealed audio, video, or software products that have been unsealed after delivery.

• Any other exceptions provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
   

Right to Refuse Future Service

OUT OF LOVE reserves the right to refuse future orders or service where permitted by applicable law. This may include, but is not limited to, fraud, abusive behavior, repeated policy abuse, harassment of our staff, or other conduct that we reasonably believe poses a risk to our business. This policy does not limit any consumer rights provided by applicable law, including the EU right of withdrawal.
