OUT OF LOVE CARS & ANIME IS A COSPLAY FRIENDLY CAR SHOW EVENT. SIGN-UP AND BRING YOUR CAR, REGISTER TO BRING YOUR SHOW CAR FOR THE INDOOR SHOW, OR COME FOR FUN TO CHECK OUT CARS AND VENDORS DRESSED IN COSPLAY! COSPLAY ADMISSION IS FREE FOR 2024. 

COSPLAY/COSTUMES ARE NOT REQUIRED BUT HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO SUPPORT THE SPIRIT OF THE EVENT.

EVENT AND VENUE RULES:

CAR SHOW AND VIP PARKED VEHICLES MUST REMAIN STATIONARY UNTIL END OF EVENT 

This is for the safety of all attendees. There will be many people on foot present, including children. If your vehicle is started or moving during the event you will be escorted off the premises and unable to return. No refunds will be provided. By signing up for Show or VIP parking you understand your vehicle is required to remain stationary for the entire duration of the event. If you are parked outside the venue in General Parking this does not apply.

NO WEAPONS

The safety and security of all attendees is our top priority. As such, we have a strict no weapon policy at our event. This includes but is not limited to firearms, knives, swords, and any other item that can be used as a weapon.

We ask that all attendees comply with this policy to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Anyone found in possession of a weapon will be asked to leave the event immediately, and may be subject to further legal action.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all attendees.

COSPLAY PROPS

Cosplay prop weapons are a common and important part of many cosplayers' costumes, but they can also pose a safety risk to attendees. To ensure the safety and security of all attendees, we have established a policy regarding cosplay prop weapons.

All cosplay prop weapons must be inspected and approved by event staff before they can be brought into the event. Approved weapons must be clearly marked with an identifying tag to indicate that they have been inspected and approved.

The following guidelines must be adhered to for cosplay prop weapons:

• Weapons must be made of lightweight, non-metal materials.
• Sharp edges, pointed ends, or projectiles are not allowed.
• All weapons must be kept holstered, sheathed, or slung in a way that prevents them from being drawn or used.
• Any prop weapons that violate these guidelines will not be allowed into the event.

We reserve the right to deny entry to any cosplay prop weapons that we deem unsafe or inappropriate. Attendees who violate these guidelines may be asked to leave the event.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.

COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT:

"Cosplay is Not Consent" is a fundamental principle of respect and consent within the cosplay community. Cosplayers put time, effort, and creativity into their costumes and should be able to enjoy themselves without fear of harassment or unwanted attention.

The "Cosplay is Not Consent" clause is a reminder to all attendees that cosplayers are not objects for their amusement, and that they should not be touched, photographed, or approached without their explicit consent.

In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees, we ask that everyone respects the personal boundaries of cosplayers and fellow attendees. This includes asking for permission before taking photographs or engaging in any physical contact.

Any violation of this principle will not be tolerated and WILL result in immediate removal from the event and legal action if applicable. We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us achieve this goal.

Children that are accompanied by an adult with a General/Cosplay Admission ticket get in FREE. However, this is an event catered to an adult audience. Some vendors/show cars may display themes that are adult in nature. There are no accomodations made for children. Use your discretion.
